The College of Central Florida International Film Series will present "Mother" on Tuesday, Jan. 11.
In this 2010 Korean film directed by Joon-ho Bong, a murder takes place, and a handicapped man is blamed. His mother, a strong-willed woman, goes to great lengths to find the true killer despite not-so-cooperative police officials. The film is Rated R for language, some sexual content, violence and drug use.
The film will be shown at 2 p.m. at the Appleton Museum of Art, College of Central Florida, 4333 E. Silver Springs Blvd., and at 7 p.m. in Building 8, Room 110, at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road. The viewing is free at CF. At the Appleton, viewers must pay museum admission unless they are museum members or patrons of the CF International Film Series.
