Corporate Training at the College of Central Florida will offer the course Lean Concepts for Service and Office Operations beginning Sept. 14 at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
The class will meet 5 to 8:45 p.m. on Tuesdays through Nov. 23 in Building 9, Room 103. The course fee is $495.
The 40-hour course is designed for the professional who desires practical experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and the approach to eliminating waste and improving efficiencies in an office or public service environment. Participants will learn to use the methods, descriptive statistics and project management skills necessary to improve processes.
